Refund & Returns Policy

At Qalb Al Arab Mobile Trading LLC, we sell used mobile phones, iPads, tablets, and accessories. We carefully check and describe our products before sale.

1. Change-of-Mind Returns

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted after delivery or collection, except where a return, replacement, or refund is required under applicable UAE consumer-protection laws.

2. Wrong Item

If we send an item that is different from the customer’s confirmed order, please contact us. We will arrange the appropriate correction.

3. Defective or Malfunctioning Item

Our products are covered by our 1-Month Replacement Warranty, subject to the applicable warranty terms and UAE consumer-protection requirements. Where applicable, we will arrange repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the law.

4. Customer-Caused Damage or Misuse

Damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, physical damage, liquid damage, unauthorized repair/modification, or other customer-caused damage is not covered by our replacement warranty, subject to applicable law.

5. Return & Delivery Handling

Where a return, replacement, or refund is approved, our team will explain the applicable return procedure and arrangements to the customer.

6. Used Products & Inspection

All used products are sold according to the condition and specifications stated on the product listing. Customers are encouraged to inspect the product and confirm its condition and specifications at delivery or collection before accepting the order.
