Used devices may show minor signs of previous use. Customers should carefully review the product description and specifications before placing an order. - Prices & Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable VAT where stated. We accept the payment methods available at checkout. - Delivery
We provide delivery across UAE city areas. Additional delivery charges may apply to remote or far areas. Delivery times may vary depending on location and availability. - Replacement Warranty
We provide a 1 Month Replacement Warranty on eligible products.
If a device develops an issue covered under our warranty during the warranty period, the customer should contact us. The device will be inspected and, if the issue is eligible under the warranty terms, a replacement will be provided subject to availability. - No Refunds
All sales are final. We do not provide refunds. Eligible warranty cases are handled through our 1 Month Replacement Warranty according to the applicable warranty terms. - Warranty Exclusions
The replacement warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, physical damage, liquid damage, unauthorized repair or modification, or other damage caused after purchase. - Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch, subject to our confirmation. Once an order has been dispatched or delivered, cancellation is not available. - Customer Information
