1-Month Replacement Warranty

At Qalb Al Arab Mobile Trading LLC, every used smartphone and iPad is professionally inspected, tested, and verified before delivery to ensure it is fully functional.

Warranty Coverage

• All eligible devices include a 1-Month Replacement Warranty.
• The warranty covers genuine hardware issues under normal use.
• Our technical team will inspect the device before approving a replacement.

Replacement Process

If your device develops a covered issue within the warranty period:

Option 1 – Visit Our Store (Recommended)

• Bring the device to our shop.
• After inspection and approval, your replacement will be provided free of charge.

Option 2 – Home Delivery Replacement

• If you prefer replacement by delivery, a AED 25 delivery charge applies.
• This charge covers courier service only and is not a warranty fee.

Warranty Does Not Cover

• Physical or accidental damage
• Water or liquid damage
• Screen or back glass breakage
• Damage caused by misuse or unauthorized repairSoftware issues caused by the user
• Accessories such as chargers, cables, or covers
